All zoning applications require comments/approvals from our development checklist. Please contact one of our planners to go over the required material from our development checklist, prior to submitting a zoning application. If your application requires a road utility or approach permit from the County Engineers office, please contact them at permits@co.mckenzie.nd.us for approval prior to the Planning and Zoning Board meeting. An authorized representative must attend the Planning & Zoning meeting when your permit application is presented.
