The McKenzie County Planning & Zoning Department, the McKenzie County Planning and Zoning Commission along with SRF Consulting will be reviewing the current Zoning Ordinance in order to make changes and updates. Workshops will be held at the regularly scheduled Planning & Zoning Meetings on the following dates.
March 13th - Agricultural District
May 8th - Wind and Solar Energy
July 10th - Article V/Administration
At this time we will also be reviewing the Agricultural District, Wind Energy and Solar Energy Regulations that were discussed at previous workshops.
